I found everyone to be pleasant, friendly, and very professional. Dr. Shih responded back to me in a timely manner each and every time.April, Dr. Shih's nurse, was the best and you couldn't ask for a more engaging person, than Kay, Patient Service. My experience was the best.

While my husband has been a patient at Partner MD almost from its beginning (Dr. Mumper has kept this man alive because he actually listens to, and knows, his patients) but my health was such I didn’t feel it necessary to also become a patient. Talked into it by my husband, I’m so glad he was so persuasive. Easy access to really good, caring medical care is an easy “sell” but not being subject to a 7 minute visit, or only one “complaint” per visit; rather receiving comprehensive & thorough care by a doctor who has ALL one’s medical records and treats the WHOLE person makes for much better medical care and subsequently much better health. I should have joined years ago!

So happy that we decided to work with Partner MD over 5 years ago. We have been so lucky to have two amazing doctors that have continued to work with us and guide us through some tricky medical issues. The nursing staff is also incredible. I really feel like they care about how I am feeling and love that they always check back in with me. Worth every penny!!!

Great choice for quality care. They will spend time with you and it doesn't feel like you are rushed out the door. The nurses and front desk were very nice and professional. Dr. Joslyn listened and set forth a plan moving forward. Money well spent for me after many years of feeling like I was lost in the system.

I have only seen Dr. Shih for one year but he has really turned my health around. He listens to me so he can understand my health challenges and puts in extra effort to find solutions that work. I feel better and am healthier than I have been in 15 years. Prior to choosing Dr. Shih I was lost in a maze of medical mediocrity. I am extremely grateful that Dr. Shih was able to get a much needed medication approved by my insurance company after being rejected under my previous doctor's care. Dr. Shih also coordinated me with an in-house health and wellness coach, David Younkins, who is doing an excellent job educating me so that I can make healthy lifestyle choices. PartnerMD is a first class operation and I am very happy with my decision to join and become a patient of Dr. Shih.

Great place with excellent medical services for my family. Switched from WellcomeMD and their health coach was incredible but this place beats everything by far! The providers are really good and care!

Wow!!! I had the best experience of my life at Partner MD. As I entered the lobby, I was welcomed by the receptionist. My wait was very brief, and my awesome nurse Tjayda came to retrieve me. We had a very complete consultation--about 30 minutes, and then my doctor--Dr Tami Fountain-Ellis entered the exam room. I have been a patient of Dr. Fountain-Ellis for over 25 years, and she remains consistently amazing. She truly cares about her patients. She listens wholeheartedly to my concerns. She remains current on all changes within the scope of medicine, and she is an encyclopedia of medical knowledge. She is sincere, kind, and humble. I was able to have lab work completed within the practice. It was very easy and convenient. The lab technician felt like an expert at drawing my blood. I requested a referral, and I received a call from the referral coordinator before I arrived home. I was amazed from the beginning to the end of my visit. I highly recommend Partner MD.

Wonderful experience. I went to PartnerMD because of Dr. Tami Fountain-Ellis. She did not disappoint. Dr. Fountain-Ellis reviewed my records and was more familiar with my medical history when we met than I was. We had a great exam, discussing where I am and my goals. She explained about the health coaches and the benefits they could provide for me. I left with my next steps in my health plan goal. Dr. Fountain-Ellis was as knowledgeable, kind, and patient as ever. I look forward to getting to know the kind staff.

Primary care practice, with concierge service. I must say membership is worth it. DR. LAUREN GOODE is hands down the best and most attentive physician. Also, there is another female physician there who was super nice, knowledgeable and great; DR. Ellis. The nurses are friendly with great bedside personality......love this practice!
